Willowglen Shiraz/Cabernet 2009, De Bortoli, S.E. Australia From fruit from the Riverina district the wine has a vibrant purple, deep crimson appearance with blackberry and spice on the nose. The palate is fresh fruit, berry and toasty vanilla oak. Soft round tannins with good length. Lifted spice & pepper aromas with plum fruit nuances and subtle cedar-like oak. The palate is generous with spice, peppers and concentrated plum fruit flavours. The tannins are soft and balanced with subtle, yet sweet oak. Great value, high quality. Now sealed with a stelvin. |
