Morgon 2010, Dom de la Chaponne, Laurent Guillet Laurent Guillet is a brilliant winemaker. He has a total of 11ha of vineyards in the best Morgon areas of Côte de Py and Grand Cras. The average age of the vines is 50 years and yields are kept very low. Fermentation is in lined concrete vats and the wine is bottled with only a very light filtration in the spring after the vintage. Rich, concentrated and intensely flavoured. |
