We have shipped this excellent sparkler for many years, and the quality never ceases to impress.
Philippe Hérard was originally established by two champagne growers from the Aube area of Champagne, and today they operate from a well-equipped cellar in the Côte d’Or in Burgundy. This high quality sparkling wine is made in the traditional method and has undergone a minimum of 12 months lees ageing in the bottle prior to disgorgement.
Dry, crisp with a lovely soft refreshing style from a blend of Ugni Blanc, Bourboulenc, Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay.
