Prices listed are in pounds sterling per bottle unless otherwise stated. They are subject to currency and market fluctuations, changes in duty and VAT, as well as stock remaining unsold.

All wines and spirits are offered subject to availability and remain the property of Richard Granger Ltd until payment is received in full. Richard Granger Ltd reserves the right to decline any order at their discretion.

No payment will be taken until the goods are ready for despatch.

In the event that we have run out of an item on your order, we will endeavour to contact you to arrange a replacement or to cancel the order. No payment will be taken until any such alterations have been approved.

Delivery will be via carrier to UK mainland addresses only. Certain postal codes may attract a delivery surcharge. If in doubt please contact us.

Delivery dates are given in good faith but are estimates only and no liability will be accepted for any delay in delivery of the goods howsoever caused.

If no one is available to accept the goods at the delivery address, a suitable and secure alternative should be specified when ordering.

In cases where the carrier has been unable to deliver the goods and has had to return, a surcharge may be payable for second and subsequent attempts at delivery.

The goods should be examined on delivery and any shortages or breakages must be notified to the carrier and Richard Granger Ltd at the time of delivery.

All personal details are kept STRICTLY confidential and are NOT shared with any other party (including those outside of the EEA). To allow us to deliver your order efficiently we collect the following details from you when you place your order:

your name, address and delivery address

your e-mail address (your order confirmation is sent here) and telephone number
